George W. Kruth

 

It’s been over 20 years since George began creating wildlife art. He has won numerous "Best in Show", Awards, "People’s Choice" awards and has been designated Master Wildfowl Artist by The Ward Foundation.

George has been a feature writer  in Wildfowl Carving & Collecting.

George has been party to the production of the Pat Godin Video Series, as well as producing his own airbrush videos, and is co-author of the "Create Your Own Masterpiece" series of instructional painting books on decoys and songbirds.

George has been instrumental in the development of   airbrush paint, "Chroma Airbrush Colors".  Unlike any other on the market, this paint is tailored to the needs of the Wildlife Artists.

George is a much sought after instructor and judge throughout the United States and Canada. His work is featured in the Ward Museum of Wildfowl Art, and in private collections across the
US, Canada, and Japan.

World Champion Carver George Kruth has won many Best of Show and First Place Awards in his carving career.

During the past five years he been working closely with the prestigious Danbury Mint, sculpting waterfowl, fish, songbirds and other wildlife art for their limited edition series.
